North Australia Projects and Services (NAPAS) is a majority Aboriginal and female-owned company providing comprehensive project management, construction and maintenance services across the Northern Territory.
Established in 2023, we are proud to partner with commercial, government, private, and community clients to deliver high-quality Territory-wide solutions.
We operate from two strategic hubs to ensure seamless delivery regardless of location:
Daly River: Located on Wooliana Road, this base serves as our dedicated regional hub, servicing the Victoria Daly and West Daly regions with local expertise and rapid response.
Darwin: Our central logistical headquarters, servicing the Darwin and Palmerston areas while coordinating large-scale operations across the wider Northern Territory.
At NAPAS, we focus on practical, fit-for-purpose outcomes supported by a network of Territory-based subcontractors and suppliers. Our commitment to the NT goes beyond construction; we maintain a majority Indigenous workforce ratio, providing clear pathways from apprenticeships through to qualified trade roles. By combining our Darwin-based logistics with our deep roots in Daly River, we provide the local knowledge and professional scale required to thrive in the Top End’s most challenging environments.
